South African Social Security Organization (SASSA) is a government national agency established in April 2005 to distribute social subsidies on behalf of the Department of Social Development. The DSD has supervision authority over the Agency but no operational authority over it.

Dates for R350 SRD Sassa Grant Payments in November 2022

The November 2022 R350 SASSA Payment Dates have not yet been verified. The post office payout system no longer applies these SASSA payment dates. Beneficiaries of the SASSA R350 can get their funds as soon as they receive payment confirmation from SASSA.

Beneficiaries are asked to wait for a text message informing them that they can collect their R350 award before heading out to collect it.

SASSA previously declared, “there is no need to remove funds immediately on day one.” Once the funds are deposited in the account, they will remain there until they are required.”

How to Change an R350 Grant’s Bank Account Information

 

1. You can change your bank account information on the SRD website, which can be found at srd.sassa.gov.za.
2. Scroll down until you see “How to Change My Banking Details.” Enter your ID number and click “Submit.”
3. After that, an SMS with a secure link to change your banking information will be sent to the phone number you gave during the application process. The link will work for half an hour.
4. Click on the link in the SMS you got to follow the instructions.
5. Please make sure that you own the bank account information you give, because SASSA won’t pay anyone else’s account.
6. Also, if you choose the option to send money, please make sure that the phone number associated with the SMS is yours.
7. Please keep in mind that after verification, payment will be sent to the new bank account.
