How to change your information for the SRD R350 Grant Reapplication?

For the COVID-19 SRD R350 Grant, you can make changes to your personal information online. People who want to get the grant can change their personal information on the SRD website if they entered it wrong the first time, or they can change their answers to the screening questions they were asked when they first filled out their sassa application.

 

From Friday, July 1, 2022, you can do this on the SASSA website at srd.sassa.gov.za. Those who want to change their original screening questions for the assessment periods in April and May 2022 should do so by no later than July 7, 2022.

How to Apply for SASSA Again?

  1. Visit srd.sassa.gov.za to find out more about SASSA.
  2. Click “Reconfirm your application for a grant.”
  3. Use your South African ID number and cell phone number to sign in.
  4. Update your details
  5. Send the application again.
  6. All SRD R350 grant applicants will need to confirm or reapply for their grants at least once every 3 months.

 

Who can get the R350 Grant?

Also, remember that you must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the SR R350 Grant:

  1. Only South African citizens, refugees, people looking for asylum, and people with special permits can get in.
  2. Must be between 18 and 60 years of age.
  3. Only for people who don’t have enough money, don’t get social grants for themselves, or don’t pay into UIF or aren’t eligible to get payments from it.
  4. Those who don’t have any other way to get money

What is the deadline for SRD R350 appeals?

The COVID-19 SRD R350 Grant has an appeals process that can only be used for 90 days. This means that people whose applications were turned down or failed have up to 90 days to file an appeal.
