Bahi District is one of the seven districts of the Dodoma Region of Tanzania. Bahi District is bordered to the north by Chemba District, to the east by Dodoma District and Chamwino District, and to the west by Singida Region. Its administrative seat is the town of Bahi.
According to the 2012 Tanzania National Census, the population of Bahi District was 221,645.[1]

1.0.1 PLANNING OFFICER II (PLANNING OFFICER II) (POSITION 1) 1.0.2 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Prepare information on development projects and plans, population, human resources, community development, sustainable environment, natural resources and investment and finance programs;
ii. Helping citizens prepare a participatory community plan;
iii. Identify social development priorities, sustainable environment, natural resources programs and investment and finance;
iv. Prepare project environmental impact assessment reports (Environmental Impact Assessment (eia);
v. Collect information for planning and budgeting;
vi. Collect and record population and human resources; and
vii. To perform such other functions as may be assigned to him by his Chief of Staff.
