How to Surrender BSNL Landline & Broadband connection 2023

The government of India owns 100% of BSNL, which provides telecom services in accordance with all government of India regulations. The irony is that while private telecom service providers are switching to the newest technology like 5G, IoT, M2M, NGN, etc., BSNL is still delivering telecom services using antiquated or outdated technologies.

The landline and broadband services offered by BSNL are first-rate unless they experience a problem for whatever reason. Due to poor service management by BSNL, it takes a long time to restore a fault in a landline or broadband line. Some consumers wait for days to receive outstanding services at low-cost landline and broadband plans, but after growing weary of pointless follow-up, they choose to stop using their landline or broadband services.

Additionally, BSNL doesn’t give its customers the correct instructions for canceling landline or broadband services online. Customers must visit a BSNL office or Customer Service Center to make inquiries, but unless they speak with the right BSNL representatives, they won’t receive satisfactory assistance.

If you are really fed up with your BSNL landline or broadband services and want to surrender them, you can follow the following steps.
