1. Determine the Exam Type (e.g. GABECE).
2. Type in the ten-digit Index Number.
3. Choose your exam year, such as 2022 or 2023.
4. Verify your examination year and index number. This is to make sure the information about your exam is accurate.
5. Type the Card Serial Number that can be found on the back of your Scratch card.
6. Type your Scratch card’s 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), for example, 012345678912.
7. Press the Submit button, then watch for the pop-up window to appear. This could take some time. Make sure your browser’s pop-up blocker is turned off.
Certificates for successful candidates in the GABECE are created six to twelve months after the results are announced. To the schools for certain applicants, they are sent.
Successful Candidate certificates are produced only once and are not included.
