Legal advisor
HLB Tanzania is currently looking to recruit Legal Advisor to join our Legal and Secretarial department.
Responsibilities

  • Provide corporate secretarial services to our clients
  • Provide legal advice to our clients
  • Performing research on various legal matters
  • Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum of two years in performing similar tasks;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in law.
  • Post graduate diploma in law, will be added advantage Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually.
